2025 NextPass Survey Promotion Terms of Use

We appreciate you participating in our 2025 NextPass Survey promotion! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

  1. To qualify for the 2025 NextPass Survey promotion, you must complete the survey in full by April 30, 2025.
  2. To receive the toll credit for the 2025 NextPass Survey, you must input the email associated with your NextPass account at the end of the survey.
  3. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

How It Works:

  1. As a NextPass account holder, you become eligible after you click the survey link that has been emailed to you.
  2. You must complete the survey in full and input the email associated with your NextPass account to receive the toll credit.
  3. After you complete the survey, you will be eligible for the toll credit, as outlined below.

Promotion Toll Credit:

  1. Upon a successful completion of the survey in full, you will receive a $10 USD toll credit, which will be added to your account wallet for future trips on toll roads.
  2. This toll credit can only be applied one (1) time per active account until the credit is used in full.

Expiration and Redemption:

  1. Promotion toll credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  2. Promotion toll credit will expire after thirty days of assignment if not used.
  3. Promotion toll credit can only be used against toll trips.

General Terms:

  1. NextPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate the 2025 NextPass Survey promotion at any time without prior notice.
  2. Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the 2025 NextPass Survey promotion may result in disqualification and loss of promotion toll credit.
  3. By participating in the promotion, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms:

NextPass reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Notice of changes may be communicated to participants through our website, mobile app, or via email.
