2025 Winter Loyalty Promotion Terms of Use

We appreciate you participating in our 2025 Winter Loyalty promotion! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

  1. To qualify for the 2025 Winter Loyalty promotion, you must have a registered NextPass account (payment method added and license plate activated) and have completed at least one toll trip paid through your NextPass account in the last three months.
  2. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

How It Works:

  1. As an active NextPass user, you become eligible after you have a registered NextPass account (payment method added and license plate activated) and have completed at least one toll trip paid through your NextPass account.
  2. You must open the email sent to the address associated with your NextPass account and click on the link provided to receive the toll credit by November 20, 2025.
  3. Once you click the link provided in the email sent to the email address associated with your NextPass account, you will receive a $5 USD toll credit, which will be added to your account wallet for future trips on toll roads.

Expiration and Redemption:

  1. Promotion toll credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  2. Promotion toll credit will expire after thirty days of assignment if not used.
  3. Promotion toll credit can only be used against toll trips.
  4. This credit can only be applied one (1) time per active account.

General Terms:

  1. NextPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate the 2025 Winter Loyalty promotion at any time without prior notice.
  2. Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the 2025 Winter Loyalty promotion may result in disqualification and loss of promotion toll credit.
  3.  By participating in the promotion, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms:
NextPass reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Notice of changes may be communicated to participants through our website, mobile app, or via email.
