2025 Winter First Trip Promotion Terms of Use

We appreciate you participating in our 2025 Winter First Trip promotion! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

  1. To qualify for the 2025 Winter First Trip promotion, you must have a registered NextPass account (added a payment method and license plate activated).
  2. To qualify for the 2025 Winter First Trip promotion and receive the toll credit, you must complete at least one toll trip paid through your NextPass account.
  3. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

How It Works:

  1. As a NextPass user, you become eligible after you have a registered NextPass account (added a payment method and license plate activated) and have completed at least toll trip paid through your NextPass account by November 20, 2025.
  2. After you complete your first trip with the vehicle registered on your NextPass account, you will be eligible for the toll credit, as outlined below.

Promotion Toll Credit:

  1. Upon a successful completion of at least one toll trip paid through your NextPass account, you will receive a $5 USD toll credit, which will be added to your account wallet for future trips on toll roads.
  2. This credit can only be applied one (1) time per active account.

Expiration and Redemption:

  1. Promotion toll credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  2. Promotion toll credit will expire after thirty days of assignment if not used.
  3. Promotion toll credit can only be used against toll trips.

General Terms:

  1. NextPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate the 2025 Winter First Trip promotion at any time without prior notice.
  2. Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the 2025 Winter First Trip promotion may result in disqualification and loss of promotion toll credit.
  3. By participating in the promotion, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms:

NextPass reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Notice of changes may be communicated to participants through our website, mobile app, or via email.
