We appreciate you participating in our Add an Additional Vehicle promotion! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

1. To qualify for the Add an Additional Vehicle promotion, you must be an active user of NextPass, have a registered account (added a payment method and license plate activated), and have completed at least one trip. 
2.  To qualify for the Add an Additional Vehicle promotion and receive the toll credit, you must register an additional vehicle(s) to your NextPass account and complete at least one trip with this additional vehicle.
3. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

How It Works:

1. As an active user, you become eligible after you have a registered an account (added a payment method and license plate activated) and have completed at least one trip with a vehicle that has been already registered to your account.
2. You must add another vehicle to the account and take a trip with this vehicle to receive the toll credit.
3. After you complete your first trip with this additional vehicle, you will be eligible for the toll credit, as outlined below.

Promotion Toll Credit:

1. Upon a successful completion of at least one trip with the additional vehicle you have added, you will receive a $10 USD toll credit, which will be added to your account wallet for future trips on toll roads.
2. This credit can only be applied one (1) time per active account.

Expiration and Redemption:

1. Promotion toll credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Promotion toll credit will expire after thirty days of assignment if not used.
3. Promotion toll credit can only be used against toll trips.

General Terms:

1. NextPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Add an Additional Vehicle promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the Add an Additional Vehicle promotion may result in disqualification and loss of promotion toll credit.
3. By participating in the promotion, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms:

NextPass reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Notice of changes may be communicated to participants through our website, mobile app, or via email.
