At NextPass, safeguarding your personal information is our top priority. Here's how we ensure the security and privacy of your data:
  • Implement encryption for sensitive data.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and testing.
  • Secure user authentication with strong mechanisms.
  • Stay informed about relevant data protection regulations.
  • Recurring employee training on data security best practices.
  • Have established processes and plans for security breaches.
  • Keep software and systems updated with the latest security patches.

Recognizing malicious activity is crucial to protect yourself from potential threats. Here are some signs to watch out for:
  • Unsolicited Requests: Be cautious of unsolicited emails, messages, or phone calls asking for personal information, passwords, or payment details. NextPass will never reach out asking you to provide personal information.
  • Requests for Payment or Personal Information: Be wary of requests for payment via untraceable methods like gift cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency. NextPass offers secure payment options through the app only. We will never ask for passwords, credit card information, direct payment through links nor use threatening language.
  • Unsolicited Remote Access: Do not grant remote access to your computer or devices to unsolicited callers claiming to be tech support or from a reputable company. If you were to need customer support, do it through our mobile app or website.
  • Too Good to Be True Offers: If an offer seems too good to be true, it likely is. Exercise caution with promises of easy money, prizes, or unrealistic discounts. All our promotions are advertised on our website and mobile app.
Staying vigilant!
