Certainly, you can still use NextPass without any issues! As you drive through a toll plaza, the toll facility’s cameras will automatically capture pictures of your license plate from all angles, including the rear side of your car. Subsequently, tolls will be charged to the payment method linked to your NextPass account.

Updating your vehicle information on NextPass is quick and easy. Follow these steps:
1. Open the app and navigate to "Vehicles".
2. Delete the old license plate associated with your account.
3. Keep your account up to date by adding a new vehicle with the current license plate you want to activate.

Only US license plates are accepted at this time.

Certainly! Here's how to update your vehicle information in the NextPass app once you receive your permanent license plate:
1. Open the app menu and select "Account".
2. Tap on "Vehicles".
3. Add a new vehicle with the new license plate number.
4. Delete the vehicle with the temporary plate from your account.

If you no longer have the license plate, it's crucial to remove your previous vehicle from your account to avoid any liabilities. Follow these steps:
1. Open the app menu and select "Account".
2. Tap on "Vehicles".
3. Delete the old vehicle from your account by selecting "Delete".
4. Add your new vehicle to ensure accurate toll payments.

If you sell your car but keep the same license plate for your new vehicle, no action is needed. NextPass will continue to work seamlessly with your new car since it is associated with the license plate number, not the specific vehicle.
However, if you sell your car and the license plate is included in the sale, follow these simple steps:
1. Open the NextPass app.
2. Go to "Vehicles".
3. Delete the license plate of the vehicle you sold.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a rental or loaner car to your NextPass account. NextPass is currently supporting personal vehicles only and does not support temporary or rented vehicles. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please note that NextPass is exclusively available for 2-axle passenger trucks and cars.

Managing your vehicles on NextPass is easy. Here's how to remove a vehicle from your account:
1. Open the app and go to the menu bar at the bottom.
2. Select "Account".
3. Choose "Vehicles".
4. Locate the vehicle you want to remove and tap on "Delete".

If you receive a message stating that your license plate is already registered, it means that someone else has already enrolled it. If you're unsure who registered your license plate, please reach out to us at support@NextPass.io or call 1-888-814-7766. Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST, available in English and Spanish. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

In case of a change in vehicle ownership, follow these steps:
1. Contact the issuing Department of Motor Vehicles to update the ownership details, as you remain liable for tolls on your vehicle.
2. Open your NextPass app and navigate to the "Account" menu.
3. Tap on "Vehicles" and delete the vehicle from your account.

If someone borrows your car, you're responsible for any toll activity and trips taken. To avoid toll violations, we recommend to keep your account active even when your vehicle is in someone else's care.

With NextPass you can add as many vehicles as you want!

To enter your license plate vehicle, follow these guidelines:
- Enter the license plate number without any spaces or dashes.
- For personalized license plates with vertically arranged letters in front of or behind the number, include these letters as part of the license plate number.
- Enter the letters from left to right and from top to bottom, following the criterion specified on the license plate.
